I see people turning their difficulties into part of a dance. We all do, expressing them, turning them into words, moves or into art.
The dance you choose is a Call To Action: Breathe. Make your exhale slightly longer than your inhale, it will change something inside of you, make a move. Put it into a dance that makes you feel magic.
Life can be harsh sometimes, taking from you what is dear to you or never accepting your only desire. But trust me, you can still be happy in a different form, maybe you would say it is easy in words but pain is inevitable for humans. I talk about a dance, it is the result of a burned fear that gives you light to yourself and to share your light with everyone around you.
Don’t dance in isolation, notice who’s and what’s around you following the heart, but don’t be in rush, like an amusement park ride, can scare some people, so they start thinking away the dance instead of going with its flow.
I think the way to preserve the dance and the reality is to take away all thoughts of control, to just let the moves and inspiration flow, without concern to other people, or even the context of the dance.
Yet if more people were free to dance, more connections would be embraced and spread around, so it would appear less scarce. People who already know how to dance unconditionally, should be teaching more people this by letting more people join their dances.
Beside knowing self and sharing your dance to others, I think it takes a third force to balance it out so we don’t get lost in oblivion.. .it is Patience. You have to continue to accept down your path and patiently grow into everything you are to become.
It is your thoughts that define the moves of this dance, and they are through which you express your inner voice.
